Shandong ANOKY has invested a total of 184 million RMB in environmental protection, built 33,000 square meters of environmental protection facilities, and treats approximately 943,700 m³ of wastewater annually. With "process upgrading, resource recycling, and green products" at its core, it has built a comprehensive environmental protection system to solidly advance sustainable development. It has established high-standard treatment facilities. Wastewater is treated using the full-process treatment process of "activated carbon adsorption + neutralization filtration + biochemical treatment system + softening system + RO + NF + MVR evaporation." Exhaust gas is treated with an "acid/alkaline spray absorption + two-stage activated carbon adsorption with steam desorption" process. Solid waste is sorted, recycled, and disposed of in compliance with regulations, with all emissions strictly meeting national and local standards.

Yantai ANOKY has invested RMB 172 million in environmental protection and adheres to the environmental policy of "source reduction, process control, end-of-pipe treatment, and recycling." It has achieved full-process, all-factor, and digital control across five areas: waste gas, wastewater, noise, solid waste, and environmental risk. Waste gas treatment follows differentiated "one plant, one policy" solutions, with 18 sets of high-efficiency treatment units built, reducing VOCs by 480 t and NOx by 65 t annually. Wastewater adopts a "classified collection, quality-based treatment, and graded reuse" approach, reducing COD by 210 t and ammonia nitrogen by 18 t annually. The entire plant uses a combination of low-noise equipment, vibration-damping foundations, soundproof enclosures, and silencers, with noise control outperforming corporate emission standard requirements.

Dongying ANOKY treats wastewater through a process of "neutralization filtration + hydrolysis + anaerobic treatment + aerobic treatment + coagulation sedimentation" before discharging it to Dongying Beigang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. Its daily treatment capacity is approximately 1,200 m³/d.
